Article 1: Purpose and acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aidifis platform, available through www.aidifis.fr and its associated mobile apps (the “Platform”). Any use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Platform immediately.
Article 2: Description of the services
Aidifis provides an integrated management platform for construction businesses. The services include project management, financial and administrative tracking, human resources management, the preparation of quotes and invoices, and collaborative tools. Aidifis endeavours to keep the Platform accessible and operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, apart from scheduled maintenance windows.
Article 3: Registration and user account
Using the Platform requires creating a user account. You undertake to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and passwords confidential. You agree to notify Aidifis immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Aidifis will not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Article 4: Financial terms and subscription
Subscription prices are shown on the Platform and may change at any time. Any price increase will be communicated 30 days before it takes effect. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of taking it out (right of withdrawal). Beyond that period, cancellation can only take effect at the end of the current subscription period, with at least 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
Article 5: Intellectual property
All Platform content — text, images, logos, code and so on — is the exclusive property of Aidifis or its partners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit this content without prior written permission. The data and documents you create through the Platform belong to you, but you grant Aidifis a licence to use them for the operation and improvement of its services.
Article 6: Liability
Aidifis undertakes to keep the Platform in good working order. The Platform is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties. Aidifis cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from service interruption, data transmission errors, or data loss caused by external factors. You are responsible for backing up your data regularly and for the security of your own IT environment.
Article 7: Termination
Aidifis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular fraud, abuse, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes. Termination will be notified by email. After termination you will no longer have access to the Platform, and the data associated with your account will be kept for the legally required retention period.
Article 8: Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from use of the Platform will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. Before bringing any legal action, the parties undertake to attempt an amicable settlement.
